【アメリカ出産準備】英語でバースプランを作ろう！【和訳付きテンプレートあり】

最近、日本でも作る人が増えてきたバースプラン(Birth Plan=出産時の希望事項リスト)。

慣れない英語で、さらには専門的な医療単語で書くのは難しいという人のために、バースプラン作成時の注意点と必要な英語例文を和訳付きで大公開！

ついでに自分で簡単にバースプランが作れるテンプレートもダウンロードできるようにしました♪

英語が苦手な方もぜひ参考にしてくださいねー 🙂

特におしゃれな感じではないのであしからず…^^;

作成時の注意点

まずバースプランの最初に必ず自分の名前・パートナーの名前・予定日・担当医の名前・分娩予定の病院を明記しましょう。

形式は特に決まったものはなく、自分で作ってもいいですし、ダウンロードしたものに書き込んでもOKです。ただなるべく見やすいように、手書きではなくタイプしたデータをプリントアウトするのが良しとされています。

医師以外に見せる場合に備えて複数枚プリントする可能性があること、直前に変更したくなった場合の簡便さを考えると、デジタルデータで作っておくと楽かと思います。

また私がパニクって英語を話してる場合じゃなくなった時に備え、「Please ask any questison to my husband (質問は夫にしてね)」との一言を添えてありますw

必要項目例

では早速必要項目と和訳を一気に掲載します。もちろん全部使う必要はありませんので、自分が希望する項目だけ書いてくださいねー！

長かったー。こうやってみると、考えておかなきゃいけないことがたくさんありますね。

バースプランを作ったら

パートナーとの情報共有はもちろんのこと、担当医にも事前に意見を聞いておきましょう。病院によって可能・不可能もありますし、先生の考え方とすり合わせをしておくことで当日のトラブルを少なくすることができます。

何が起こるかわからない出産。バースプランの通りにいかなくても慌てないよう、しっかりイメトレをしておきましょう！

まとめ

陣痛促進剤とか卵膜剥離とか帝王切開とかいろいろな情報を調べていたら、いまさらビビってきましたw
